Declan is managing partner, concept designer and inspiration behind WeCare Teams™. After suffering years of pain, physical debilitation and social isolation due to a complex, undiagnosed, neurological condition Declan has emerged with the drive, passion and determination to help others through the development of the WeCare Teams™ app. 

Ope Adesina is a co-founder of WeCare Teams™. Ope has worked tirelessly on initiatives to promote the visions, ideas and talents of young people in his community and on community development projects both here in Australia and overseas. Ope and Declan believe strongly in giving back to society and are passionate about the development of the WeCare Teams™ app.
